woke on Monday morning and I was suffering from severe pain in the abdomen and back. After it got worse in the morning so that I could hardly stand, Sonya brought me to the doctor. After further tests, he ordered me an ultrasound scan (to make sure that I have no stones) and other drugs. Back in Echunga, then they put me with a blanket, hot water bottle and tea before the fire.
The analysis of my tests and I had the scan the next day. Both are much good - in other words, all right. Towards evening I felt a lot better then. Must have been situated on the new drugs.
19.05.
Since I already was much better, I decided to give myself my salsa addiction. I resolved, however, to not dance so much - more than one or two dances ...! Brooke took me to the city, where I then met with Nick for dinner. He was there with his motorcycle helmet and second. So jump on the bike and to find the city to a nice restaurant. It was still warm, although the sun had set - an Australian autumn evening on a bike I liked. So I danced until late into the night, until I again picked Brooke to go home. 21.05.
Today we cleaned the poisonous snakes and boxes packed up around 10 for today's presentation. Sonia and I drove south to a clock about 18 PhD students, University of Adelaide. Once there, already waiting about 40 prospective PhD students to us. We stopped first a lecture on first aid for snake bites and then came to the behavior of individual snakes. We left one after the other from the boxes and presented to the students of behavioral examples of how the snakes respond normally. As it was dark, we returned to town and stopped at a Malaysian restaurant, I had a date to dinner and would like to bring a Malaysian specialty (too complicated to cook it yourself). Johan (Salsa teacher from Malaysia) invited me to dinner with him and promised to cook a German court, so I brought a Malaysian dessert. Unfortunately, that was totally wrong, since it is a thing of sweet stuff makes ... Nevertheless, the Eat well (chicken, potatoes, vegetables) as well as the entertainment.

Sonia's new hobby is to me to make clothes. Today is the first piece of clothing - a jacket for my dance parties - has been finished. Now it starts a dress for my dances ...
As we come slowly in the winter and the nights get really uncomfortable cold, I have today received an electric blanket. Now I can snuggle under my warm blanket.

31.05. Today we spent

Since it rained constantly the last few days only - the winter is now finally here - I'm me (like almost everyone here at the moment) a cold. Missin 'the guiding concern of Mam - (yes, those were the days) record, tea, biscuits

Since about 15 new snakes arrived, I helped them to ship in boxes. Then we had a nice dinner with friends of Sonia and Max
On Sunday 13.06. Nelly went off again. She was super nice and could help fine with. You will be missed here. Too bad that I had felt because of my cold is not so good otherwise have we can get to know us better.
14.06. Mon
My day began at 7 clock in the morning, but all were still asleep. Because sometimes the case, I started the day ever alone. Breakfast, walk the dog with Cabal and then, when still no one was awake, I started to work. About two hours later, Max and Sonia stood with coffee in hand in front of me and asked what I am doing here. They thought it was holiday and I was the day quietly. So back to the kitchen for coffee. 15th / 16.06.
Sonia had a meeting with the Adelaide Zoo on snake venom research and milking poisonous snakes, which will soon be one of our projects. We do not know yet how we will do this because some of the snakes emit only tiny amounts of venom, but the project is something very big.
I got back to the car to drive to the salsa. Nick, Vu and Kylie decided to take this time to a club called Arkaba. The club has also a salsa night on Wednesdays, so we wanted to check the shop again. As Irene and Jorge today but wanted to be in the Caledonian, I went out there first, danced a little and then I went to the Arkaba - and I am, however, on the way three times acted - I do need a map of Adelaide. lol
In Arkaba then I danced with Nick (all other men were far beyond the acceptable age limit or alcohol!) and came to be that the music was really terrible.
Conclusion: Never again Arkaba!
17.06.
This morning I went early to the market with Johan of Adelaide's Central Market to go . The market is more of a permanent market where you can buy any food fresh. So we strolled leisurely through the ranks. We passed a booth that had a chocolate fountain, where you waffles topped with chocolate or just pure chocolate in a Cup could buy. I decided its name for the chocolate wafers, Johan for the chocolate before I enjoyed sushi for lunch - this is something after I'm now addicted! : O)
afternoon we jumped into the car and then drove together to Harbour Town in an outlet center for shopping. After 15 minutes in the first store, I found one and bought some clothes a conveniently. Unfortunately it was too late, so that we could not go into all the shops - the outlet center is huge! Do I have to come back again ... well
19.06.
against 10 clock in the morning I went with Max to Wilderness Lodge. Since we are a school group on Thursday with around 46 Children are here, we also need to offer a program. I'm gonna run with the kids on our high ropes course (which is not the high). But he showed me this looks like the rope course and what should I do with the children.
